Ortech manufactures a great variety of advanced silicon carbide that is formed in two ways, reaction bonding and sintering. Silicon carbide is the most corrosion-resistant ceramics it is the lightest, but also the hardest ceramic material and has excellent thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion.
