We use a variety of ceramic injection molding materials such as 99.8% alumina oxide, 96% alumina oxide and zirconia. Ortech refinement of alumina to 99.8% purity provides for more dense, harder, more abrasion resistant parts than those made by other processes, which speeds up the manufacturing process, and substantially reduces manufacturing cost!
